- (8 oz) philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 can(s)
- (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c
- whipping cream
- 2 tsp
- lemon zest, grated
- 1 1/2 c
- fresh strawberries, hulled
- graham crackers, crushed
1mix first 4 ingredients with mixer until well blended. freeze 4 hours or until almost solid.
2beat cream cheese mixture with mixer until creamy. blend berries in blender until smooth.
3add to cream cheese mixture with crushed grahams crackers, mix well. freeze 8 hours or until firm.
4remove dessert from freezer 15 minutes before serving and let stand at room temperature to slightly soften before scooping into dishes.
