Take as many individual bowls, glasses or dishes as you need. Assemble the sundaes by layers the ingredients in the following order. graham cracker crumbs, ice cream, hot fudge, graham crackers crumbs and colorful sprinkles.
Place a large marshmallow on top of the sundae. Using a kitchen torch carefully torch the marshmallows until toasted and slightly melted. Top with a candle if desired.
