Roberta's Ice Cream

I developed this Ice Cream so my friend Roberta who has an egg allergy could enjoy it. I especially like it because it is a dump recipe and you don't have to make a custard first. I also add espresso granules to this to make the best coffee ice cream ever.

evaporated milk
2 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk
1 qt
heavy cream
2 c
milk to fill line in your ice cream maker

Directions Step-By-Step

Pour all ingredients into the cylinder of you your ice cream make and proceed with directions that are with your maker.
I like to add vanilla beans to the milk about an hour before making ice cream Strain vanilla beans before adding milk to mixture. Any fresh or frozen fruit may be added to the mixture before freezing.
