Pudding on the Ritz

- 2 cups crushed ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- mix together well and pat firmly into a 9x13 pan and refrigerate while preparing filling.
- 2 small boxes french vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
1Mix filling ingredients in bowl. (pudding mixture will be thick). Mix in: 1 quart of softened ice cream (vanilla, butter pecan), or any other flavor. Use electric mixer on low speed to mix in. Pour over crust.
2Chill for awhile and top with 8 oz. tub of cool whip. Cover the top with toffee bits or desired crushed candy bars.
3Refrigerate until serving time.
