Ingredients

one bag frozen sliced peaches, 10 to 12 ounces
two containers low fat peach yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar

Directions Step-By-Step

in food processor with knife blade attached, process frozen peaches until finely chopped. Add yogurt and sugar. Process just until smooth. Serve at once.

If not serving right away, pour into 9 x 9" metal baking pan. Cover and freeze one hour for best texture. Serves four.
