This is one of my favorites that my mother used to make for us as a child. I am grown and still love making it for my Hubby :) Try it once and there's no turning back!!

Oh my! This is so good, I just can't stop eating it! The perfect treat for a special party or on a warm summer afternoon.

Ingredients

oreo cookies
1/3 c
butter, softened
1/2 gal
mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 small
jar fudge topping
1 pkg
cool whip

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix cookies and butter together and pat into Glass baking pan 9 x 12 inch. Spread 1/2 gal. ice cream on cookie mixture.

Spread with fudge topping then Cool Whip. Sprinkle 2 crushed Oreo's on whipped cream.

Freeze 2 hours.

Yes Carolyn. Crush the Oreo and mix them with the butter.

Do you crush/smash the Oreos? I cannot tell from the photo, yet, if you're mixing the butter & the Oreos, & patting the bottom, you must be making a crust. Please clarify. Thank you!
