  Line up as many cups as you'd like to make on a baking sheet.

  Spoon in 1 3/4 tbsp of strawberry ice cream in each cup. Repeat with vanilla ice cream. Repeat with pistachio ice cream. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.

  When ready to serve...rip off paper cups & invert ice cream in dish & garnish with chopped pistachios on top of strawberry ice cream layer.

  Can be used with many flavors of ice cream.....the possiblities are endless.
