My Grams' friend Hazelle did not share her recipes, so I always felt honored when she did with me! This is her fudge recipe, Thank you Hazelle!

Ingredients

4 Tbsp
butter

chocolate, unsweetened squares
1 c
powdered sugar

egg, beatened
1/4 tsp
pure vanilla extract
4 Tbsp
cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Melt butter with chocolate. Add powered sugar, beaten egg, vanilla and cream, beating as cooking. Cook 5 minutes over hot water. May be re-heated.

Store in covered glass jar in the fridge.

Great Gifts and Stocking stuffers.

3) Frost graham crackers for cookies.
