1assemble Sundae in a champagne or martini glass. Place two small scoops of vanilla ice cream in each glass. Pour 1 tablespoon espresso over the ice cream, then drizzle with cold chocolate sauce. Garnish with chocolate curls. Makes four Sundaes.
