DirectionsAdd 3 egg yolks to bowl.Pour in Sweetened Condense Milk and 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract.With tip of knife split the vanilla bean down center from top to bottom, spread open. Using tip of knife scrape the vanilla bean to remove the beans from pod. Add vanilla beans to egg yolks and sweetened condense milk.Mix well.Add cold whipping cream to cold bowl. Whip until peaks form.Fold whipped cream into the vanilla bean mix, (gently to keep air in cream).Pour Ice Cream mix into a loaf pan (one you would use to bake bread in). Cover with foil and freeze until firm.It takes 6 hours or more to firm up.Delicious!!
