Caramel Ice Cream Dessert

- 2 c
- all purpose flour
- 5 c
- quick oats
- 5 c
- brown sugar
- 2 stick
- butter, melted
- 1 c
- chopped pecans
- 24 oz
- caramel ice cream topping
- 5 gal
- vanilla ice cream, softened
(OPTIONAL)ADD CHERRIES IF WANTED.
1Mix together flour, oats and brown sugar. Add butter and chopped pecans.
2Add butter and chopped pecans.
3Stir well and spread on an ungreased cookie sheet.
4Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
5Crumble while hot; cool.
6Sprinkle half of mixture in a 9 X 13 pan.
7Drizzle with a jar of caramel ice cream topping.
8Spread the ice cream on top of the caramel.
9Top with the rest of the crumble mixture and drizzle with the second jar of caramel ice cream topping.
10Serve immediately or freeze.
