Ingredients
- 1 sm box strawberry jell-o
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 1/4 cups ice cubes
- 8 ounces sour cream, fat-free
- 1 cup strawberries, fresh, sliced
- GARNISH:
- cool whip free
- 6 strawberries, fresh, whole
How To Make strawberry fluff

Step 1Mix jell-o & boiling water in medium bowl; stir until jell-o is dissolved. Add ice cubes; stirring until ice melts, so mixture equals 2 C.

Step 2In blender, add jell-o mixture, sour cream & sliced strawberries. Process until smooth, about 2 minutes.

Step 3Pour into 6 parfait glasses, dividing evenly. Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate until set, about 5 hours.

Step 4To serve, garnish with a dollop of cool whip & whole strawberry or fanned strawberry on top.
