Ingredients For strawberries 'n' cream cobbler

2 lbfresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cstrawberry jam

2/3 call purpose flour

1/3 csugar

1 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

2 Tbspcold butter

1/4 cmilk
-
6 Tbspwhipping cream or melted vanilla ice cream
How To Make strawberries 'n' cream cobbler

1Preheat oven to 375F. Spray six 8 ounce ramekins or custard cups with nonstick cooking spray. Combine strawberries and jam in large skillet; cook over medium heat about 20 minutes or until thickened and reduced, stirring occasionally.

2Meanwhile, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl; mix well. Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Stir in milk to make soft dough. Divide strawberry mixture evenly among prepared ramekins. Spoon dough evenly over strawberry mixture, spreading with back of spoon.

3Bake 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve warm; drizzle each cobbler with 1 tablespoon cream.
