This cobbler is so delicious, no one will guess how easy it is to make! Delicious just out of the oven or room temperature. Vanilla ice cream makes a great partner! Try it with other canned fruits too.

Ingredients

2 can(s)
sliced peaches in syrup, 15 oz each
1 c
butter
2 c
self rising flour
1 tsp
vanilla
2 c
sugar
2 c
milk

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350. In a 9x13 glass baking dish, cream together butter, vanilla and sugar. Spread out evenly.

2Whisk together flour and milk until smooth. Pour evenly on top.

3Pour flour mixture evenly on top. Top with peaches including syrup.

4Bake 50-55 minutes or until golden brown. Start checking after 45 minutes. Recipe can be halved. Bake in a 9x9 glass baking dish for 35-40 minutes.
