Follow the instructions on the box on how high to preheat the oven.Thaw the puff pastry streets, cut them into 3 long slices and then cut each sheet into 4 pieces. Melt some butter, and brush each piece with the butter and sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture all over each piece as well.
Cut the whole pears into slices, I slice them into small fans. Place onto the puff pastry. Sprinkle more of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top of the pear. Bake until edges are turning just turning brown.
Take the tartlets out of the oven, sprinkle on the cheddar cheese on each one, put them back into the oven and let the cheese just melt, you don't want the cheese to get crispy.
