rhubarb, cut in sm. 1/2 pieces
Combine 1 1/2 c. flour, powdered sugar and butter. Press in 7 x 11" pan. Bake 350* 10 min.
mix together topping; rhubarb, eggs, sugar, 1/4 c. flour and salt. Pour on crust and bake 30 min.
If you put this in a 9 x 13" pan, which is a little more work, you get a thin bar like product. I love either way!
