Ingredients

1 c
crushed pretzels
1/2 c
butter, melted
1/3 c
sugar
8 oz
cream cheese
20 oz
crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c
sugar
8 oz
cool whip
1 qt
strawberries, fresh sliced

Step-By-Step

1Combine pretzels, melted butter and 1/3 C Sugar. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees until golden brown about 6 minutes. Cool then break in to pieces.
2Whip together the cream cheese and sugar. Add pineapple. Fold in Sliced strawberries and Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Sprinkle with pretzel mixture before serving.
3You can use other fruits in place of the strawberries. I also make this with blueberries, fresh peaches or mandarin oranges.
