|5 slice||white bread (can use white or honey wheat bread)|
|1 1/2 c||sugar|
|1 stick||margarine or butter, melted|
Every time I make this cobbler I get requests for the recipe. One of our friends said it was the best peach cobbler he had ever eaten. I found this several years ago in a magazine. I have used frozen or fresh peaches in this recipe and that works well. Need enough peaches to completely cover the bottom of the pan.
Warm cobbler with ice cream on top?! Hard to beat in my book! One bite of this dessert and I can understand why everyone wants the recipe. Thanks for sharing with us, Laura!
