Peach Blueberry Easy Cobbler
|1 stick||butter (not margarine)|
|1 1/2 c||sugar divided or... 3/4 c splenda and 3/4 c sugar|
|1 Tbsp||baking powder|
|1 c||all purpose flour|
|4 c||1/2 blueberries frozen or fresh and 1/2 canned peach slices drained and cut in chunks|
|1 Tbsp||lemon juice|

DirectionsMelt butter in 9 X 13 baking pan.
Combine and mix well all dry ingredients except one cup of sugar; add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter over butter in baking pan (DO NOT STIR).Sprinkle lemon juice and remaining 1 cup sugar on fruit and toss. Add to batter evenly in pan . DO NOT STIR.Bake in preheated 375 deg oven 45 min until nice and brown.
