I have used this recipe many times when in a hurry or asked for a quick dessert. Peaches are almost ready and I'll be making this again very soon. Of course you must serve with ice cream. RIGHT!

1 Tbsp
sugar
1/4 c

Meanwhile, mix bisquick, 1 tablespoon sugar, mlk and butter with fork until soft dough forms.
3
Remove pan from oven. Drop dough by 6 tablespoons onto warm peach mixture.
4
Sprinkle with additional sugar and your choice of cinnamon or nutmeg
5
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until topping is light brown.

* Heatig the pie filling before adding the biscut topping ensures that the dough bakes through completely.
