Ingredients

1/2 c
white wine vinegar
3/4 c
sugar
1
cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp
chinese five spice powder
1/4 tsp
salt
1 lb
nectarines, sliced into wedges

Step-By-Step

1Bring all except nectarines to a boil in a medium saucepan.
2Place nectarines in heatproof container and pour in hot mixture.
3Let cool, cover and refrigerate.
