Mixed Fruit Crepes with Whipped Cream

Ingredients

1 lb
fresh peaches, or canned
1 lb
fresh pears, or canned
3
bananas
2 Tbsp
cream
1 Tbsp
sugar

crepes, homemade or prepared

Step-By-Step

1Mash the bananas with cream and sugar and cover the surface of each crepe.
2Cut the peaches and pears into small pieces and lay over the bananas.
3Roll or fold the crepes.
4Place the crepes in a buttered ovenproof dish, dot with butter and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
5Serve with a melba sauce or whipped cream.
