Juicy blackberry upside down cake

I love blackberries and wanted to make a dessert w/ them, so I made this with some left over bisquick mix I had. Very good w/ whipped cream!

Ingredients

1/4 c
butter
1/4 c
sugar
1-1/2 c
blackberries, fresh
1-1/2 c
bisquick, heart healthy mix
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 c
1% milk
2 Tbsp
canola oil
1 tsp
vanilla
1 large
egg

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350. Place butter in a 9" baking pan. Put pan in oven until butter is melted. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over butter. Arrange berries over sugar.
2In bowl, beat together remaining ingredients until mixed well. Pour batter over berries. Bake 35-40 mins, or until crust is lightly browned.
3Turn pan over onto a lg plate or platter, leave pan over cake for 5 mins. Remove pan from cake. Serve cake w/ whipped cream.
