powdered sugar(you probably will only use 1/2 to 1 cup of this.)
vanilla extract (or to taste)
margerine (to taste and holding consistency)
milk (enough to hold frosting together)
THIS DID NOT HAVE MEASUREMENTS FOR INGREDIENTS BUT IT WAS A HARD SAUCE TYPE FILLING AND MY GRANDMOTHER DID NOT MEASURE SHE JUST JUGED BY APPEARANCE AND TEXTURE. BUT THE FROSTING WAS FIRM ENOUGH TO SIT IN THE DATE WITHOUT RUNNING.
Mix All Ingredients Together Except Prunes, Until holding consistency.slice prunes slightly in middle and Stuff with frosting. Serve on Christmas dish. *ALWAYS SUPERVISE CHILDREN WHEN USING KNIFE TO CUT PRUNE OPENING FOR FILLING.
