I named this "Get a Man" Banana Spilt Dessert because I commute by train to work every day. One day I made this for work, to celebrate a co workers bitthday I covered it in plastic wrap and I made it in the clear pyrex dish, so you can see all the layers of fruit etc.....well, that day I never had so many of my male fellow commuters strike up conversation with me, wanting to know what that dessert was!!! So, I said to myself, if I were single, all I would need to do is carry this through the train station and I would for sure " Get a Man"!! Enjoy!!!

To make the homemade whipped cream.....

Place a stainless steel mixing bowl in the freezer for 15 minutes. If you don't have a stainless bowl, just place the beaters from your mixer instead.

Take the bowl or beaters out of the freezer amd mix the heavy whipping cream, tand the sugars.

Keep on mixing...just when you think nothing is happening, all of the sudden beautiful whipped cream will appear before your very eyes!!!

Then add the vanilla extract and mix in....you may use more or less of the sugars and vanilla to taste.
