Ingredients

CRUST

1 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1/4 tsp
salt
1/2 c
shortening
1/4 c
sugar
1 large
egg olk
4 c
pitted plums, sliced
1/2 c
powdered sugar

FILLING

8 oz
cream cheese, room temp
3/4 c
sour cream
3 large
eggs
3/4 c
powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp
lemon zest
1 tsp
almond extract
1 tsp
cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9-inch square pan. To make crust, combine flour and salt. In a large bowl, cream the shortening with the sugar. Beat in the egg yolk. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Spread into pan.
2Arrange the plums on top of the dough. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Bake for 15 minutes.
3For the filling: In a large bowl combine all the filling ingredients together and bead until smooth. Spread the topping carefully and evenly over the hot crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes longer, or until set. Cool in pan before cutting. Store in frige.
