1Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Layer sliced peaches across the bottom and drizzle with honey and chopped pecans. If using frozen peaches, it is only necessary to thaw them enough that they can be broken up and layered. Frozen peaches will preserve better if they are not fully thawed and then refrozen. In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt. Pour melted butter over the top. With the side of a spatula or fork, use a cutting motion to mix til mixture resembles pea size crumbs. Sprinkle topping over peaches. Cover and freeze.
2To prepare, preheat oven to 350. Uncover and bake frozen peach crisp for 60 minutes.
