Easy Broiled Pineapple Yummy

- fresh pineapple, cored& peeled
- 3 Tbsp
- raspberry vinaigrette
- 2 c
- cottage cheese
- 1/2 c
- pomegranate seeds or another kind
1Preheat the boiler. Cut the pineapple crosswise into 8 slices. Place on rack of brolier or a 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Brush lightly with the dressing.
2Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 4 to 5 mins or until heated.
3Place pineapples to serving plate. Top evenly with the cottage cheese. Sprinkle with the seed if you like.
4Special Tips: You may substitute the seeds with fresh raspberries.
