Creamy Yogurt Cups

Ingredients

1 pkg
(4 serving size) jell-o brand sugar free gelatin, any flavor
3/4 c
boiling water
1/2 c
cold water
ice cubes
1 pkg
(8 ounces) vanilla lowfat yogurt
1/2 tsp
vanilla optional

Step-By-Step

1Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
2Combine cold water and enough ice cubes to measure 1 cup and add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove unmelted ice.
3Site in yogurt and vanilla.
4Pour into individual dishes. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
5Garnish if desired.
