Ingredients

CRUST

1 c
graham cracker crumbs
1 c
flour
1/2 c
butter, melted
1/2 c
chopped walnuts

FILLING

6 Tbsp
butter, melted
1
egg
1 1/2 c
powdered sugar
3 pkg
(8 oz each) cream cheese , softened

FRUIT LAYER

1 c
ground / chopped cranberries (fresh or frozen)
1 c
sugar
1 c
ground apples
1 can(s)
(20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

TOPPING (OPTIONAL)

whipped cream or frozen topping (thawed)
chopped nuts

Step-By-Step

1Crust:
Mix crust ingredients: pat into a 9x13 inch pan.
Bake at 325 F for 15 minutes.
Cool

2Filling:
Beat butter, sugar, and egg together until creamy.
Add cream cheese and beat until smooth.
Spread over cooled crust

3Fruit Layer:
Mix together cranberries, sugar, apples, and pineapple: let stand for 20 minutes.
Drain off excess juice.
Spread fruit mixture on top of cream cheese filling.

4Topping (Optional)
Top with whipped cream topping.
Sprinkle chopped nuts over whipped topping.
Chill
