This is a quick and easy treat for you banana lovers. When I have company I always double the batch. This can also be served over pound cake and my son has eaten it over ice cream as well. Enjoy!

Ingredients For ~ coco - banana deliciousness ~

  • 2
    banana's, peeled, sliced and dipped in lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    cream of coconut ( i use coco lopez )
  • 1/8 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla
  • 6
    slices angel food cake 1/2 inch thick
  • whipped
    cream and pinch of cinnamon for garnish

How To Make ~ coco - banana deliciousness ~

    In a medium skillet, whisk together the cream of coconut and cinnamon. Bring to a boil and add the banana's and vanilla. stir and continue cooking for 2 - 3 minutes.

    Plate your cake, 3 slices per plate. Ladle half the banana's and syrup over cake. Add a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
