Champagne Salad

My hubby likes this frozen, but I prefer to eat it right after I make it!

Ingredients

8 oz
package cream cheese
1 c
sugar
15 oz
can crushed pineapple (drained)
10 oz
package frozen strawberries (thawed)
3 - 4
bananas (diced)
1 c
pecans
16 oz
container cool whip (thawed)

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar.

2Add drained pineapple, strawberries (if whole, slice), bananas and nuts. Gently stir

3Fold in Cool Whip until a soft, pink color.

4Put either in a nice serving bowl and chill, or can freeze over night. If frozen, set out a few minutes before serving.
