Ingredients For berry gelatin

  • FOR THE GELATIN
  • 3 pkg
    4 ounces raspberry gelatin mix
  • 3 pkg
    4 ounces lemon gelatin mix
  • 2 c
    boiling water
  • 1 pinch
    10 ounce frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 c
    whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 can
    8 ounce crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c
    lemon lime soda
  • FOR THE TOPPING
  • 1/4 c
    instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    frozen whipped topping, thawed

How To Make berry gelatin

  • 1
    In a medium bowl, dissolve gelatin mixes in boiling water; stir well. Add raspberries and cranberry sauce; mix well. Stir in pineapple. Let cool briefly.

    Add soda; pour into a 9x9 serving dish and refrigerate until set. Spread Vanilla topping over gelatin; cut into squares.

    To make Vanilla topping: Whisk together pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes; fold in topping.
