Banana Mousse By Freda
A dessert in amazingly just seconds.. . by using just your blender.
Can be full of calories and can be Low in calories, Its Your Choice;
ie Suggestins you can use 1% milk and Low fat Yogurt in place of reular higher caloie types.
For Strawberry Mousse; Use FRESH Strawberries in place of Bananas.

- 2 Tbs
- whole milk or see notes for subs
- 4 tsp
- 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 1 large
- banana, cut on quarters
- 1 C
- plain yogurt or see notes for subs. or sub low fat cool whip
- 1 large
- banana, slicd in 1/4 inch slices (garnish)
GARNISH OR TOPPING
1Place 1st 4 ingredients in Blender.
Blend @ high speed til smooth (about 15 sec.)
2Pour into med Bowl; Fold in yogurt or the LOW FAT COOLWHIP Gently & carefully.
Spoon into (4) dessert glasses;
Garnish tops with 2 banans slices on top of each, just before serving.
Add a pretty Strawberry (stem on) can set this Dessert over the top
Double or tripple recipe for more servings.
