I got this recipe from WW meeting and I love it; it's just sweet enough to satisfy and it's very easy to make. It's also great for a social gathering where it might be difficult to stay on course. Serving size is 1 cup. It is only 1 point per serving. Enjoy!!

Ingredients

3
granny smith apples
1 small
box jello fat free butterscotch pudding
1
regular sized container of fat free cool whip
1 can(s)
pineapple, crushed in it's own juice(large)

Step-By-Step

1Mix the box of ff/sf butterscotch pudding with the crushed pineapple(make sure that's it's in it'a own juice and not in syrup)

2Dice the apples and mix into the pudding and pineapple.

3Add th FF Cool Whip

4It's great eaten right away or chilled.
