I made this apple crisp for dessert the other night and it was DELICIOUS! I loved how the aroma of fall filled my home while it was baking. The only thing wrong with this recipe.......it doesn't last long! :( Apples and cinnamon and nutmeg, OH MY!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

We couldn't agree more about the wonderful aroma of this apple crisp recipe! Whip up a batch of this delightful dessert and welcome autumn into your kitchen. It's a very simple crisp that lets the natural flavor of the apples shine. The topping is buttery with a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg. Mixed with the apples, it's fabulous. Top with vanilla ice cream and this is the perfect dessert for the apple lover.
