Kathie's Notes:

I got the recipe for the cookie pizza crust and marshmalllow sauce from a magazine several years ago. The recipe suggested different fruit combinations for toppings. I usually decorate it with red (strawberries), white (marshmallow sauce), and blue (blueberries) for Memorial Day and July 4th.

I'm sure most everyone has a similar recipe but this one is especially quick and easy. And its very good.

Directions

1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
On an ungreased pizza pan, smooth out the refrigerated sugar cookie dough to approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Bake in the preheated oven 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned and center appears done.
2
Using a mixer combine the marshmallow creme and cream cheese. Spread this mixture over the completely cooled baked crust. Chill in the refrigerator until just before serving.

At serving time place berries on pizza in any design desired.

I bake many things for my co-workers at work but never made a dessert pizza and this will fit the bill! It is getting hotter here in Az and this would make a good dessert and I dont think too heavy. Can't wait to try it and the strawberries and blueberries is a great combo

Hi Eileen, You can use other fruitsof your choice but I really do like the strawberries and blueberries. They are always available fresh now, even in Indiana in the winter. :)
