Ingredients For coconut delight

  • LAYER 1
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 stick
    butter, softened
  • LAYER 2
  • 11 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 c
    cool whip
  • LAYER 3
  • 2 pkg
    instant coconut cream pudding
  • 3 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    angel flake coconut
  • LAYER 4
  • cool whip
  • 1 can
    angel flake coconut
  • taosted pecans

How To Make coconut delight

    Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  • 2
    LAYER 1: Mix the ingredients for layer 1 and press into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool completely.

    LAYER 2: Mix ingredients for layer 2 and spread evenly over layer 1
  • 4
    LAYER 3: Mix ingredients for layer 3 and when thick, spread over layer 2.
  • 5
    LAYER 4: Top with cool whip, coconut, and toasted pecans. Chill.
