Super Easy Pie Crust
I have made this a few times after previously avoiding homemade crust because it was "too hard". This recipe is simple, easy and so good.

- 2 sticks
- butter, chilled and cubed
- 2 1/4 cup
- 1 tsp
- 8-10 tbsp
- ice water
1Put butter, flour and salt into food processor. Pulse until mixture resembles wet sand.
2Add water 1 tbsp at a time, pulsing after each addition, until dough just comes together.
3Remove from processor and form into 2 even discs. Put discs into separate resealable plastic bags and chill for at least 30 minutes. Dough can be rolled out on floured surface for pie or used as needed.
