add ONLY ENOUGH WATER A TABLESPOON AT A TIME ONLY TILL DOUGH HOLDS , form a ball then shape into disc wrap in saran wrap refrigerate at least 1 hr.
on a flour dusted counter roll dough starting from middle roll out and turn . form crust to pie dish , I prick mine a fork and freeze until firm. it is now ready to bake
