Very creamy. Not dense like other pumpkin pies

Ingredients

eggs lightly beaten
29 oz
solid pack pumpkin or if using your own homemade pumpkin 2 cups.
1 1/2 c
sugar
1 tsp
salt
2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 tsp
ground ginger
1/2 tsp
ground cloves
3 c
heavy cream or half & half
2
9 5/8 in. pie shells

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 425*F. Combine ingredients in the order given. Divide evenly into pie shells. Bake 15 min.. Reduce heat to 350*F and bake 45 min. Depending on your oven you may need to extend cook time another 20 min. Bake until knife comes out clean.
