Add sugar and corn syrup. Beat with mixer just enough to mix the ingredients.
Add salt, vanilla and butter. Mix.
Place the pecans in the bottom of the pie crust.
Carefully pour the mixture over the pecans.
Bake at 3510 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Cool before slicing. Serve at room temperature.
