Orange Blueberry Hill Pie

Try this easy semi-homemade pie! You can certainly use Your own homemade pie crust. This just makes life a bit simpler.
The orange in this recipe brings this pie to a whole new level! Orange and blueberry all the way!!!!
- 1 box
- refrigerated pie crusts (2 shells)
- 3/4 c
- 3 Tbsp
- 5 c
- 1/4 tsp
- zest & juice of one orange
- egg white
- 1 Tbsp
- 2 Tbsp
- sugar (used orange sugar)
Place tinfoil strips along pie edges to stop from burning removing 10min before baking time over.
Bake 45-50min till golden brown. Let cool two hours before slicing into.
I make lemon and orange sugar. In processor add cup sugar and two tablespoons zest of choice and process. Great for baking and teas.
