Ingredients

3 c
flour
1 1/4 c
shortening
1 tsp
salt
1
egg, well beaten
8 Tbsp
water
1 Tbsp
vinegar
1 tsp
sugar (optional)

Step-By-Step

1Cut shortening in flour and salt.

2Combine egg, water and vinegar. Pour over flour mixture all at once.

3Blend until moistened. May be rerolled

4Keeps two weeks in refrigerator.
