Mile High Lime Pie

This recipe has all the richness of a traditional lime pie, but uses low-fat ingredients. Prep time listed does not include refrigeration time.

Ingredients

fat-free sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

reduced-fat sour cream
1/3 c
fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp
fresh lime juice

drops green food coloring (optional)

8- oz. carton reduced-fat cool whip, thawed

8-inch reduced-fat graham cracker crust

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl, combine the milk, sour, cream, lime juice (all) and food coloring, if desired. Fold in whipped topping.
2Pour mixture into the crust and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
