coconut (i use mounds)
Beat together in a bowl, sugar, eggs,and salt until lemon in color.
Mix in your butter, and flour. Then add the milk and the coconut and blend well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 about 45-55 minutes or until middle has set and doesn't jiggle and top is crisp and golden brown. This is a heavenly pie.
