Berry Cherry Pie

- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 pint (2 cups) whole strawberries
- 21 oz. can cherry pie filling
1Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and zest and beat until smooth and well blended. Spread mixture into baked shell. Lightly press strawberries into cream cheese mixture and spoon pie filling over top.
2Chill for several hours. Garnish with dollops of whipped cream and serve.
