8-Minute Low-fat Cheesecake

This is a very tasty cheesecake.

Ingredients

graham cracker pie crust
1
8 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
1
half-pint low-fat vanilla yogurt
1
8 oz. container lite cool whip
1/3 c
granulated sugar
2 tsp
vanilla

Step-By-Step

1Using mixer, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in yogurt and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip, blending well.
2Spoon into the graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate until set, at least 2 to 4 hours. Optional: top with strawberries, kiwi or raspberries.
