Gelatin Ice Cream Dessert
A very refreshing dessert in the warm weather.

- 1 pkg
- ( 3 ounce) strawberry, orange, raspberry or peach gelatin
- 1 pt
- vanilla ice cream
- 1 c
- boiling water
- 2/3 c
- diced strawberries or mandarin oranges or raspberries or peaches (if using canned fruits, drain well)
1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
2Add vanilla ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until ice cream is melted.
3Add fruit and pour into dessert glasses or a serving bowl, or a mold..
Chill until set.
