Ingredients

1 pkg
(8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c
butter, unsalted
4 c
powdered sugar, sifted
3 Tbsp
heavy cream
1 tsp
coconut extract
1 tsp
vanilla
1/2 tsp
salt
1-1/2 c
shredded coconut, toasted

Step-By-Step

1Cream butter and cream cheese until fluffy and add cream.
Add sugar slowly and add the other ingredients, except toasted coconut.

2When done, put frosting on cake and top with toasted coconut.
